Ms. Sokhela is a highly experienced professional in the renewable energy industry. Her areas of expertise include green skills capacity building and enterprise development. She has a Logistics Management qualification from the University of Johannesburg and a Post Graduate Qualification in Strategic Supply Chain Management from the University of London. She is currently completing her MSc in Global Energy and Climate Policy at the University of London. She is the managing director of a company called Nepoworx, a company she founded in 2016. The company’s mission is to transform communities through targeted green skills development training interventions and enterprise development. She has entered into partnerships with the University of Pretoria and HellermannTyton to implement a country-wide green skills and enterprise development program in support of the Just Energy Transition.
