I advise landlords on all aspects of the property sales process and have specific expertise in property valuation and helping clients unlock value through their property transactions. I co-founded CRE brokerage Nexus Property Group in 2012, where I head up new business for corporate real estate and private client property services, and leverage my property expertise and network to help landlords optimise their property portfolio.
I started my career in commercial property with one of the biggest commercial property brokerages in South Africa. During the course of my career, I have advised on a number of high-profile transactions for JSE-listed companies and privately-held portfolios. I have also built my own property portfolio across the country.
I am ideally placed to facilitate property sales and tenant placement, bringing together my extensive, trusted landlord network, and deep real estate knowledge gathered over 17 years in commercial property in South Africa.
