Lourens Vermaak is the Regional Sales Manager for Trina Solar across Africa.
Lourens started his journey in the renewable sector in 2011 and has since then been involved in sector on multiple levels such as Sales, Business Development, Project Management, Supply Chain and Manufacturing. Lourens joined Trina Solar in 2019 to set up the African market. Prior to this Lourens has worked with world renown players in the Solar industry such as SunPower, Jinko Solar, REC and Canadian Solar.
Lourens’s experience over the African market stretches over 9 years. Lourens holds a Degree in Supply Chain through Apics and he is busy studying towards his MBA.
