Adv. Mtho Xulu holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and recently completed a Master of Laws (LLM) degree at UNISA. His areas of specialization include Commercial Law and Corporate Governance.
After completing his LLB degree, Adv. Xulu was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa in 2011.
As a National Business leader, He is the Group CEO of Nashua Mpumalanga Group, President of the South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SACCI), member of the Institute of Directors in South Africa (IoDSA), director of SAPVIA, member of the BRICS Business Council Deregulation Working Group, and a member of the National Governing Council of the African Peer Review Mechanism (also serving as the Chairman of the Corporate Governance Workstream). He is a former director of the Small Enterprise Development Agency (SEDA) and a former director of Business Unity South Africa.
