As a former member of the Johannesburg Bar, DeVilliers’ experience as an Advocate adds to his extensive expertise relating to legal, compliance and financial aspects of energy projects, and he is currently championing the drive for enabling regulation. During 2017, Solareff expanded into green mobility through the acquisition of GridCars. Under DeVilliers’ Directorship, GridCars has successfully installed SA’s most extensive EV charging network. DeVilliers is an EV enthusiast, passionate about demonstrating how the Green Lifestyle is possible in SA.
