Florian is the founder and Managing Director of 3Energy and BladeRite in South Africa. In this positions he is responsible for the management, operations and maintenance of over 800MW installed capacity of solar, wind, storge and hydro power plants. He has been active in the South African renewable energy market since 2009. Florian has in-depth knowledge of all commercial and technical aspects of power plant operations.
