I am passionate about supporting South Africa's transition to a sustainable and vibrant energy future. As the CEO of Energy Council of South Africa, I work with various stakeholders to develop and implement policies, strategies, and initiatives that promote clean, affordable, and reliable energy for all. Previously, I was the Energy Transition Strategy Lead at Strategy&, where I advised public and private clients on how to navigate the complex and dynamic energy landscape, and delivered innovative solutions that create value and impact. I also have a strong background in engineering and finance, having worked at Transnet, IDC, and EY, among others. I hold a CA(SA) and a BSC Engineering degree from UCT, and a certificate in Infrastructure Financing from Harvard University. I have multiple skills in strategy, change management, and business strategy, which enable me to lead, collaborate, and deliver results in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
