Mutenda Tshipala holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cape Town and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Witwatersrand.
Commencing his career in the energy sector at Eskom, Mutenda has fulfilled diverse roles, including positions as a power systems engineer and a pricing analyst. Presently, he serves as the Electricity Pricing Manager, overseeing the development and implementation of electricity pricing policies and tariffs.
