Ndia started her career at the then Deloitte Pretoria in Audit. After Audit she went to become a Deal Maker at the Industrial Development Corporation where she spent several years across different industries namely, chemicals and Allied industries, Heavy Manufacturing and then Agro Processing. She was involved in multimillion Rand deals across those industries. She got experience in Due Diligence investigations and Transaction structuring. She is also an ex Principal in Mergers and Acquisitions at the listed Momentum Metropolitan Holdings.
